Epic Cycles Road Ride
When: Every Sunday morning from 6am
Where: Epic Cycles, 81 Baroona Road Paddington QLD
Duration: Approximately 2.5-3 hours to various destinations around
Brisbane, returning by 9am for coffee
Details: The speed of the ride is
intended to cater for beginner to intermediate riders (capable of riding at an
average speed of 20-25km per hour)

NB Make sure you bring your own spares kit – tube,
pump, tyre levers, multitool & patch kit.
Also ensure you have at least one full water bottle and a couple of

Start by climbing Mt.
Coot-tha then a lap around the river loop cross river at the Go-between bridge

TFS-Team Waterworx
TFS will run training rides out of the “WATERWORX AQUATICS and FITNESS”
complex in Springfield.Riders will be split into groups according to abilities
(average speeds and experience). Each group will be led by experienced local riders
from the TFS WATERWORX triathlon Squad.
